All fields marked with * are compulsory.
- Reservation: The reserved time must include any set-up and wrap-up, please indicate the entire time during which you require the room.
- Beginn der Veranstaltung: Indicating the beginning of the event is important to ensure technical support in the room
- Veranstaltungsort: By clicking on the "+" you can indicate the desired location up to the floor level. Click on a location name to choose it. The individual rooms can be chosen under "Raumbezeichnung".
- Raumbezeichnung: Here you can define the precise room. Please note that only available rooms will appear as options. If a room is already booked it will not appear in the list.
