This device should have an HDMI port. If no port is available, please equip your device with an HDMI adapter as well as a spare adapter from a different brand. You may bring a digital presenter if needed (laser pointers are legally prohibited)

We recommend organizing a technical trial run in the auditorium before your inaugural lecture. As optimal preparation, you can test the technical components with the Team Event Service.
Please contact the Room Allocation Services team as early as possible (ideally before the start of the semester) to arrange a date for this.
The introduction will be delivered by a faculty member, typically by the dean or vice dean. Please inform the introductory speaker that the speech can last about 5 minutes and should include at least the following points:
Additional topics can be added, there are no further regulations regarding form and order.
The event service places an elegant bouquet of artificial flowers next to the lectern prior to the lecture. Upon request, we can provide you with photos so you can get an impression. If you desire a different flower arrangement, feel free to contact the Inaugural Lecture Team. You will receive the necessary information to organize the flowers.
