Flyers

Members of UZH, ETH as well as accredited organizations may distribute flyers at predetermined places at UZH. The advertisements  must be related to the core mission of UZH.

For ecological reasons distributing flyers is not recommended. We ask that flyers be only distributed in a limited and targeted manner.

Flyers have to be handed to people directly.

• no distributing flyers on tables or other surfaces
• please indicate a time in the application 

You can also advertise events for students on the UZH Instagram channel. The prerequisite is that the topic is relevant to a majority of students across disciplines and that the event is organized by a UZH unit or an officially recognized student organization. The events are published every Monday in the event preview in the stories.

With IBIS, the integrated visitor information system, the University of Zurich keeps its visitors in the buildings up to date. Around 20 large screens provide up-to-date notices and information, tailored to the respective location. The system displays the current day's events on the agenda, alternating with information on upcoming, larger events. This link will take you to the registration form for the IBIS system.
